Payment and Shipping

The following terms apply:

We deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the USA, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

A flat rate of €4.95 per order – no matter which country.

Phone cases and non-personalized keychains are shipped without tracking.

Delivery times

Unless a different time frame is stated in the respective offer, goods are usually delivered within Germany within 5 - 6 working days, and abroad within 5 - 12 working days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction). Our delivery times are a guideline, not a guarantee.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one package unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Delivery

As we have no influence on the carriers, we cannot guarantee home delivery. In individual cases, the carrier may leave the parcel at a branch or pick-up point for collection.

Further payment details

When paying by credit card, your credit card account is charged when the contract is concluded.
